Hangar74 Warranty
Hangar74 grants a warranty of 5 years on all brand-new aircraft trolleys and aircraft boxes. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The geographical scope of the warranty is the European Union.
Our products are made from original aviation materials and are designed for a long service life. With the 5-year warranty, we emphasize our commitment to quality, functionality, and reliability.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty covers the freedom from defects of the advertised product, in particular:
- the functionality
- material defects
- manufacturing and workmanship faults
If a defect occurs within the warranty period, Hangar74 will, at its own discretion, provide one of the following services:
- free repair of the goods or
- free replacement with an equivalent item

To examine the warranty claim, we need a copy of the invoice. The decisive factor for meeting the warranty period is the timely dispatch of the goods including the invoice copy.
Please ensure the goods are securely packed to avoid transport damage.
For justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs – we will reimburse you for the outbound shipping costs.
Warranty claims do not apply to damages caused by:
- normal wear and tear
- improper use or handling
- disregard of care or safety instructions
- poor maintenance
- use of force (e.g., blows, impacts)
- repair or modification attempts carried out independently
- statutory warranty
Your legal rights under the statutory warranty remain unaffected by this guarantee.
You can contact us at any time regarding defects within the scope of the statutory warranty – regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the guarantee is claimed.
The Hangar74 guarantee extends your rights; it does not limit them.
